Close your eyes and there is no sound or sensation of any kind that says “Busch Series” event. Open your eyes and you may see different sponsors on the cars along with different numbers and paint jobs, and a combination of Nextel Cup drivers alongside dedicated Busch Series drivers locked in battle on the track. That is the only difference you will notice from a “Cup” event. Things like shorter wheelbases, less horsepower, and a few miles per hour slower on the straights make absolutely no difference to the drivers and fans, or to the competition and excitement.
