Logged five victories and 10 podium finishes in their 2005 Daytona Prototype championship season. Victorious in Rolex 24 At Daytona, Grand Prix of Miami, Porsche 250 presented by Bradley Arant, CompUSA 200 at The Glen, and Crown Royal 250 at The Glen. Performance earned Angelelli first team AARWBA All-American selection.

2004
Teamed with Wayne Taylor in the Rolex Series Daytona Prototype competition with SunTrust Racing. Collected three wins and eight podium finishes en route to fourth in the final 2004 Daytona Prototype driver standings. Additionally, Angelelli had the fastest race lap in eight of 12 races during the 2004 season. Was a GM factory driver in the SCCA World Challenge Series, winning two races and collecting three pole positions in the Cadillac CTS VR. Finished third in the championship.

2001-2003
Joined Wayne Taylor in the Cadillac LMP in ALMS, collecting four podium finishes.
