Milka Duno

Under any circumstances, Milka Duno is an impressive lady. I have read a lot of pros and cons regarding her entry into the IRL. Why don’t we wait and see what she does before criticizing the woman. Have some faith that IRL would not let her on track if they thought she was a danger to herself or others, and they will certainly watch her closely. If she can’t cut it, we will know very quickly. Everyone has to start somewhere, and she does know one end of a race car from the other.

I don’t believe the nonsense I am reading regarding “cat fights” and other inane blather. Men entering the IRL ranks have certainly been closely scrutinized for their competence and competitiveness, and there are far more male butts in the seats than female, and no one has come up with this kind of nonsense.

I say welcome to any and all newcomers. They know more than we do that the jury is still out – and may be for quite a while. A special welcome to an obviously intelligent and competent lady, but she sure does need someone to translate, and I’m talking about her English!!
