IRL - Champ Car Consolidation

Unless you have been asleep for the past few weeks, the IRL / Champ Car consolidation is old news to you. Making one series out of two is not an easy undertaking. IRL is working hard at it. Details are being worked out with regard to schedules, cars, teams, and lingering legal issues.
