Native Californian Liz Halliday has returned with Clint Field in Intersport Racing’s AER-powered Lola B05/40 in 2006. . .The most successful female driver in Series history (6 wins), she quickly showed skills and made noteworthy improvement in the Intersport Lola from her first Series race in the car at Infineon to the season finale at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca in 2005. . .Halliday is the fourth female driver to win in the Series and after three victories in rookie season.
